Founded in 2007 Blackstone Management, LLC is a full-service real estate Management and Investment firm that operates Residential and Commercial properties as well as Owner Associations in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Blackstone Management, LLC currently serves numerous customers with all sizes of portfolios and employs award-winning professionals and Maintenance staff.

Our community managers are certified by the Community Association Institute (CAI) along with other professional credentials relating to the property management and asset management industries.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Transition Process:

    The transition of your community over to Blackstone Management from the previous management company can take up to 60 days depending upon the willingness of the current managing agent to work with our team. We will keep your board of directors and community members updated on this process on, to follow along with the transition process and check up for updates.

  • Payment Notice:

    Any payments sent to the previous management company should be forwarded by that company to us during the transition period. Please note that if you do choose to place a stop-payment on any payment sent to the previous management company you must provide the check number to our office so we may place a processing hold on that particular payment. If this is not done any fees associated with a returned payment by your bank will be charged to your individual account.

  • Update Your Contact Information:

    Make sure to use the below link to update your contact information to ensure that we always have the most recent on file for your property. This will ensure that you get all notifications like newsletters meeting notifications and other communications from the board in a timely manner.

  • What are the Hours of Operation?

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

    Please let us know if you are unable to come to our office during our regular business hours and we will be happy to make arrangements in order to best assist you.

  • Amenities Access (fitness center, Pool, Event Space, Etc.)

    For information on accessing any amenities your community may offer please log into your owner portal. Here you will find access codes as well as instructions on how to book for events and information on accessing the pool. Please note not all communities have amenities like these listed.
