NOTICE: Submission of the blow form does not automatically constitute a payment plan. The plan must be reviewed and approved by the management team as well as the board of directors. Once approved you will receive a mailed copy of your executed payment plan with payment instructions.

An approved payment plan does not mean the member is in good standing. A payment plan is a tool the association uses to allow owners to stop the collection process. This will stop attorney fees and late fees from being charged to your account; however, you will not have access to any amenities such as pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, etc.. including parking, depending upon the parking policy for your community.

Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for processing of any requested payment plan.

Payments may be made online or in person at any Blackstone Management office. Payments dropped off at the management office must be in the form of a check, money order or cashier’s check. Cash and credit cards are NOT accepted in the management office.

If you choose to mail this form, please be sure to include a separate check made payable to Blackstone Management in the amount of $25.00 for a one-time administrative fee and RETURN IMMEDIATELY TO: 2A Industrial Park Drive, Waldorf, MD 20602 Any CJN returned without the $25.00 administrative fee will be returned to sender unprocessed. Please note: Blackstone Management is not responsible for any CJN that is NOT delivered by hand to our office and witnessed by a Blackstone Management employee. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to participate in a CJN plan and to insure your CJN has been received. We strongly encourage you to had deliver your CJN so that it may be date-stamped, witnessed and duplicated for your records.
