Dear Valued Customer,

As 2022 approaches, businesses across all markets throughout the US continue to be burdened by extraordinary circumstances nationwide challenging clients, consumers, suppliers, and employees both professionally and personally. The recent fast-spreading Omicron variant of COVID-19 has derailed holiday plans, canceled events, and left businesses understaffed across the nation.

We are proactively informing our clients that Blackstone Management is not immune to these nationwide issues reported on daily. We are experiencing a reduction in available staff, ongoing national supply chain issues, materials allocation constraints, and various other delays that could compromise our ability to meet service level agreements and deliver projects and services on time. These delays may impact year-end tax and compliance mailings due to uncontrollable labor and supply volume challenges. While Blackstone Management has weathered past events successfully, this national issue affecting many businesses dictates that we make changes to our policy to set better expectations with our clients.

We expect this developing COVID variant and ongoing macro-economic conditions will continue to impact business logistics and people throughout the country. However, Blackstone Management is countering these volatile market conditions by:

  1. Communicating and monitoring: Blackstone Management will continue to communicate honestly on staffing challenges while promoting a safe work environment with our employee’s well-being our priority.
  2. Optimizing operations: we meet weekly and sometimes daily with our suppliers scrutinizing inventory, pricing, and volumes.
  3. Aggressive staffing programs: in addition to raising wages and adjusting incentives have staggered working hours for most employees at all of our offices and our offering at-home solutions.
  4. Digital-first approach: digital adoption programs are a great place to start to connect with owners are tenants, make sure to download our FREE smartphone app or check our website for helpful information or to make a payment. Blackstone Management is committed to our continued focus on improving the client experience and we hope to address these challenges together.
