Bookings must be paid in full within 5 days of the approval being received by the requester. Payment plans are not available for booking an event at any Community Center.
Showings are not offered at any center, as they are NOT staffed, please review the photos and floor plans for space information.
No Key Needed: All communities are fully equipped with digital access, you will receive a code 2 hours prior to your booking start time..
Security requirements at community centers and association venues is set by your board of directors. For more information on this specific to your community, please select the neighborhood you would be renting from the drop-down menu.
Virtual Security Guards: When security services are required per the rental agreement Blackstone Management provides virtual security services. This includes monitoring security cameras and other items throughout the Community Center to ensure compliance with the rental agreement, any and all violations are notated and or reported to law enforcement for immediate action.
- Please note there is no physical officer on site unless they are dispatched by law enforcement.

Security deposits are returned between five and seven business days after your event date, deposits are paid in the form of a check made payable to the individual that placed the booking request only.
NOTICE: Funds from any deposit return will be applied to any balance on the owner’s account prior to being disbursed.
Give a detailed description of what you need to change about your original request, the date of the event, the timeframe of the event, the number of people, etc. NOTE: if you are proposing a change of date to your original booking request please make sure the date you are requesting is available.
For a full refund, the event must be cancelled five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event date. Any event cancelled within five days of the event date will not receive a refund of any kind.
Funds from any cancelled event will be applied to any balance on the owner’s account prior to being disbursed.
