We wanted to share an article recently published in a national trade publication called Common Ground. The article entitled High Times covers the use of marijuana in homeowners’ associations around the country. We have been getting an increasing number of complaints about the smell and usage of marijuana and thought this article could bring light to a lot of the rules and regulations governing this controversial issue.
