You must submit a plan for the full balance shown in your owner portal. Accounts already referred to the association’s collections attorney are not eligible through this form.

In consideration whereof, the makers and endorsers herein jointly and severally do waive all notice, demand and protest, and in default of payment of this note, or before maturity thereof, they do further authorize Justice of the Peace or Clerk in any court of record in Maryland or elsewhere, to enter judgment thereof by confession against us for the amount stated herein, plus any applicable interest and costs including attorneys’ fees, expressly waiving summons or other process, and do further consent to the immediate execution of said judgment, expressly waiving the benefit of all exemption laws and all irregularity or errors in entering said judgment or the execution thereof.
