Payment Plan (Not available on amounts less than $250)

    NOTICE: Submission of the blow form does not automatically constitute a payment plan. The plan must be reviewed and approved by the management team as well as the board of directors. Once approved you will receive a mailed copy of your executed payment plan with payment instructions.

    An approved payment plan does not mean the member is in good standing. A payment plan is a tool the association uses to allow owners to stop the collection process. This will stop attorney fees and late fees from being charged to your account; however, you will not have access to any amenities such as pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, etc.. including parking, depending upon the parking policy for your community.

    Fees:

    $50.00 per unit/lot per Association 

    $75.00 per unit/lot per Association. (At an office or community center location)
