Parking Programs at Blackstone Management

 

We at Blackstone Management try to make all our parking programs as user-friendly as possible. This site will help you apply for parking passes as well as request temporary parking passes for guests.


Permanent Parking Passes

Click the button below and follow the instructions, Passes will be mailed to you within 48 hours of completing the online form.

Please Note: Due to postal service delays,  it could take up to 30 days to receive your Parking pass if you choose to have it mailed to you.


Temporary Parking Passes

Note: Temporary parking pass requests are only processed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and can take 2 to 3 business days to process depending on the parking policy for your community

Commercial Motor Vehicle

A motor vehicle or combination of motor vehicles used in commerce to transport passengers or property if the motor vehicle: 1) Has a gross combination weight rating of 26,001 or more pounds inclusive of a towed unit with a gross vehicle weight rating of more than 10,000 pounds; or 2) Has a gross vehicle weight rating of 26,001 or more pounds, or 3) Is designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the driver; or 4) Is of any size and is used in the transportation of materials found to be hazardous for the purposes of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act and which require the motor vehicle to be placarded under the Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR 172, subpart F) (49CFR383) Visit the Bureau of Transportation Services for more information.

Warning Sticker

If you have received a warning sticker on your vehicle, please contact the phone number listed on the sticker for specific details regarding the reason it was issued. These notices are typically placed for parking violations or other concerns identified by the management team or Board of Directors. Immediate action is required—failure to address the issue may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner’s expense.
