Proxy

A proxy is a form that has 2 parts. Part 1 the owner is able to legally authorize someone to act on behalf of them at the meeting, they can vote and ask questions. Part 2 allows the owner to sign the form and it will only we used to count toward the quorum for the meeting no voting is allowed.
