Confirm your community before submitting.

Please verify that Blackstone manages your community and that letters of good standing are available for your association. Submitted requests are nonrefundable. If you are unsure, contact us before paying.

Please allow three to five business days for completion. The fee is $25.00 per association, per letter.

Good to know

Can I use this letter for a sale or refinance?

No. This letter is for a rental license. For sale-related documents, use the Resale Package Request. If you need a questionnaire, use the Questionnaire Request.

What if my association account has a balance?

Your account must be in good standing when you submit. If a balance prevents us from processing your letter, you must bring the account into good standing, then submit and pay for a new request. Review your account before you begin.

Should I include instructions from the county?

If the county provided instructions for your rental license letter, you may upload them in the last step. This upload is optional, with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
